anybody know where to download a software that lets you make distortion and other effects when plugged to pc?

You can't download it, you'd have to buy it, but Sony Acid lets you add all types of effects, and it is very good at mixing your tracks together, I record one instument at a time, and then mix them all, works great.

PhotoShop has a distort option, has about 6 different ones. I have done them and they are really funny, especially if you do not like the person you are distorting. There is one that makes a distorted big head, so when my son was in the Navy, his Navy hat was real big, so I told him he must have had the big head then.
