how long before your up and moving again?

Me, I got one done and some Squished cartilage trimmed.

You basically have to start walking on it gently within 24 to 48 hours as part of the treatment.

They also give you excersizes for full extension & Rehab, It's Absolutely Vital That You Do These To The Letter other wise you'll pay for it for a long time to come. as I did somewhat.

I've had a couple. You will be sore for a few days, but you should be up and around within a week. Depends on your injury and what the Dr. has to do while in your knee.

I walked out of the recovery room and climbed the stair to my apartment. No problems in over 15 years.

They like you to get up as soon as possible, the same day, very gently for couple of days, physio, then steady for couple of weeks, nothing harsh, back to normal after 4 weeks

was working her regular schedule 3 weeks later...
