1st step.. try using Basal body temperature charts.. which help you locate your ovulation day..also eat healthy, do meditation, take vitamin suppliments after consulting ur doc.
if it doesn't work.. try OPK monitors..
try taking a vacation during ur peak days..
If you are not able to conceive after 1 yrs of trying after using BBt and OPK.. talk with ur Ob.. she'll guide you..

Dont take the pill if your r not ready for twins or triplets. However, naturally you may still be able conceive to twins if you have two matured eggs released during ovulation. I have a friend who has no genetics of twins at all from both her and her husband family but they conceived twins. A bonus I think. So that you dont have to worry to make a brother or sister for your first child. How long have you been married? You have to relax and keep it comes naturally. You should also know your fertile days by checking your basal temperature or mucus discharge. Check fertilityfriend.com This site is very useful to me. I have been trying for more than 3 yrs and been through lots of medication. I just found this site last month and read n answer all the lessons and quiz this site send me. And I think its really works. At least you'll understand your body better. So anything is possible. Good luck

What do you mean, tried a few times? Getting pregnant is unpredictable. It usually takes more than a few times. A woman will usually ovulate 14 days after the first day of her period. Than you are fertile for only a couple of days.

How long have you been trying? Some people with nothing wrong with either of them take over a year to conceive.... Are you tracking your ovulation days? using an ovulation predictor kit? If you have been doing both and its been over a year you should both get checked out at the Dr

If there isnt any medical reasons for either one of you per your doctor its just stress. Loosen up! The first couple of weeks following your period, intercourse once a week. Drink a glass of wine prior to intercourse, and/or lots of foreplay...Im talking 1-2 hrs of it! dont get up for at least an hour after intercourse. Absolutely no stress! Hubby should be very sweet and kind to you and not pushy about waiting...if he's really interested/desires you two to conceive. You should conceive within 1-3 months.

Have you tried making love (er sorry for the term) during your fertile peaks? Don't lose hope! ;) But, going to a doctor for a check-up is also a good idea so they can check how you and your partner are fertile. They might even help you in other ways, not just by pills. :)

Well, maybe you should try some more. If you go to the doctor I think they would check your fertility before they gave you any sort of pill. Also remember this, watched water never boils. It'll happen when it's meant to. Relax and enjoy the ride.

How long have you been trying for? It can take up to a year to get pregnant.
You need to go to the doctor who will test you and your husband before giving you pills.

You usually have to be trying pretty hard for one year before a doctor will consider fertility. When you say you have tried a few times, that doesn't sound like many to me.
