I am not asking because I prefer guys I am asking becuase I am trying to plan ahead of time cause being a guy really ******* hurts. I have no clue why exactly it hurts but I've known that I shouldn't be a guy since 7. Although more recently it has been causing a deep depression.

Ok to put it plan a simple for people who have no brains and can't figure it out on their own. I am what you call a transsexual. Although I am trying to plan out my life. Which in my case is a smart thing to do.

Ok. The answer from a 20 y/o pre-op MTF transsexual:

A therapists approval is needed to start hormones for gender dysphoria (a technical term for the emotional hell of being trapped in the wrong body.) A hormone blocker can be given as soon as puberty sets in to delay it. At the age of 16 with parent and therapist approval, someone can start taking cross-sex hormones. At 18 sergical opperations can be performed.

Try looking up The Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association. They set a bunch of guidelines for treating gender identity problems. The DSM-IV (the big book of mental disorders) also has symptoms, treatment, etc in it for "gender dysphoria."

Legally in the US (I'm assuming that's where you live) by age 18 you are an adult and you can choose to do what you'd like. If you'd like to have hormone replacement therapy, I believe you need to go through therapy first, which takes several months. That might just be for sex change operations though.

I've never heard of a case, but I'd assume that with parental consent you can do it at any age. Parents will sometimes reassign the gender of infants with botched circumcisions, or born with both male and female sexual organs. So, as far as that goes, it's not unheard of. But I haven't heard of a case where a young person has asked his or her parents to allow them to take hormones and had their wish granted.

There's no need to be be on hormones. Whatever your sexual preferance is, be open about it and embrace it. You don't have to be a girl to f*** a guy.
