Seriously, I need help with it too. It is nice to know that there is a place where you can talk to people and get the most interesting information to anything you want to know in the comfort of your own home. As an added bonus, I am shy and by typing my responses to people, lessens the anxiety I get from meeting new people.

You could probably check with a psycologist locally and they could provide a list of support groups, internet addiction I'm sure is on the list of support group meetings.

Yes. It's that little thing in your wall with 2 slits. Take the plug out of it and you'll be just fine.
