in san andreas gta what do the ramdon golden stars that are placed all over the city mean? and how come i cant seem to get them i can only walk through them....if it helps ive passed every mission up until flying school im stuck trying to learn how to fly a damn plane lol thanks

The random stars are 'bribes' which when collected, reduces your wanted level (as shown under by the number of bright stars under your cash) by one. If you don't have any wanted stars, the bribes can't be collected.
The plane part is hard I agree, but not impossible. It will help if you go slow. I had a hard time myself, but I pulled through. Good Luck!!!

the stars are wanted stars but they are called police bribes and if you have a wanted star but it only gets rid of one stars that u want to get rid of just walk through them. Also with the flying school the 2nd one i think took me ages but just keep practising and you will get it.

the stars are for your wanted level, they make it go down by one, so if your running from the cops, collect them to lower your wanted level, it helps alot

Yeah, there was one or two sessions of flying school that really took some time, but I got through it eventually. Practice, practice, practice.
