I don't mean what our allies' government tell but what their people think.

Do you have any details about who thinks what and why?

I do care about foreign policies - it shows who are our allies - who are the one that you can ask for help when you need

Who can really say what our "foreign policy" is? It seems to change as to what best fits the needs of our government at that given time. But, having talked with many people from....12 countries? They don't agree with the way our government sticks their nose into everything. That's the major complaint anyways.

Here in the land of Oz,most people do not know what U.S.foreign policy is all about,or if they really have one. Most of them suspect that the U.S. President does not know either.
Australian foreign policy is to pretend that we have a foreign policy, but are keeping it secret to confuse terrorists. The policy of foreign governments is to wait and see what everybody else says first.

It would be nice if most people did care, but I suspect they are more concerned about when the sale on toilet paper at Wal-Mart starts.

Sad, but probably true.
