see here's the thing how do you know what you see on the cover of the book is really what the book is about

I look into the question first just to check if it's worth my time and I can find future use on the answers (as well as earn some points if I can answer as thoroughly as I can).
The avatar is given so I just need to look to it as well because it's next to the question. Sometimes if the avatar is unique, artistic or weird, that catches up points too for us to take a second glance.

Mostly just the question. Sometimes I do look at both though. It depends on the question. If a question is weird then I will look at both. If a question in exciting then I will look at the question only until I answer the question. I noticed both on your question.

First..the question, if its good, I go into details, if the details suck, then I look at the "level", if the detaild are good, then I answer them.
