Ideas for she-devil costume??

Does anyone have any suggestions for a she-devil costume for Halloween that uses everyday clothes? I don't want to buy a costume.

A Red tube top and a red skirt you can cut jagged edges in it to give the illusion of flames. If you don't have a red skirt go to Wal-mart and buy some red fabric and make a simple skirt by pinning it together.

i have prepared a lot of halloween costumes for mysely and for my friends without buying something (except my witch hut) - i think using red things is a clichee - you could first imagine an interesting she devil costume - for example i had planned to make something similar --> a devil who looks like an angel in the front but is a devil in the back - you need a nice white dress or just a white sheet to look like an angel - just cut a little from that white sheet to cover the front, you know, even a rectengular shaped white fabric is enough and then glue some cotton and sprankle some glitter and shine like an angel, but at the back you have to be black-red (not only red, i think) you can use some red black clothes, black mini skirt and a red blouse covered with shiny black-red materials and fabrics (i had even used blue plastic bags once) and a tail made of red paper.-another possibility is to get dressed like a devil but cover your self wholly with a white sheet so that at the beginning it looks like an angel costume and later you can remove the white part and surprise your friends - -- if you choose carefully and consider using different materials that you can find, i think it would look great - but i think the most important part is your make up: i think your make up should be just right for a devil so your face actually should show that you are a devil hidden in an angel costume - red black make-up (especially black eyes) would look great - i wish i could be there and we could prepare your costume together - i enjoy doing it sooooo much :D have a nice halloween

you could also do a She-devil costume loosely based on the movie, She-devil.


Normal (or even drop dead sexy) clothes, seriously red lipstick and VERY long red fingernails.

Red or black or red AND black seem to be the right colors.

Wear a combination of red and black. If you have tall, pointy shoes, I'd say wear them. Red or black fishnets, or just tights would be good too. If you have any shiny pants, skirts, or shirts, wear those. Or, a "killer" dress would be great. Are you going to paint your face? You don't have to completely paint yourself red, but wear red lipstick and wing out red eyeshadow. (Think of Cleopatra-make-up, but red and curvier.)

red tights and a red body suit,,make a red tail..put a red stocking over your head cut out holes for eyes and nose and mouth
find cheap horns or try and make some using a red hairband and make some little horns anf glue them on...all you need now is a pitch fork thingy

Red turtle neck, red leggins.. the other stuff like the horns and the pitch fork shouldn't cost that much. You would have to either make your tail or purchase it along with the horns.
