I was working in Saudia till December 2005 as labour and went to India on exit. If NOC require to go to back.

I have worked with the sponsor for 3 years and 7 months. I have resigned the job because of low salary and wish to go back on another Visa. At the time of my resignation I requested for an NOC but not granded. If there any difficulty for me to go back to saudi arabia on another visa ???

Saudi Arabian labor law do not allow workers that did not finish their previous contract. Anyway, appeal your case if you can go back.
