I have been a certified nurses aid for a little over 10yrs-and I love working in nursing homes with the elderly. It takes a lot of patience sometimes-but it is very rewarding. Patience,tolerence of different backgrounds,compassion,and caring should all be taught at a very early age-our elders can teach us more than ever anyone could think.
