If theyre saying you look like Hilary Duff now, thats an insult, her face is sucked in and so gaunt due to being too skinny, if you were told when she was a lil more plump, then id be happy about that. She is a very pretty girl, Hollywoods just sucked her in.

If they mean Hilary Duff back then when she was pretty and cute, its a compliment...but if they think you look like her now, in the present all skinny, that's an insult...sorry honey. Its the truth.

It's most likely a compliment because she is a popular celeb which means many people find her attractive. But then again, if the person who said it had a sarcastic tone, then obviously he/she means it as an insult... Otherwise it was a compliment. I personally think she is pretty so I would have meant it as a compliment.

I think Hilary Duff is pretty...but since she got super-skinny and got veneers, she looks ridiculous...she was cuter in Lizzie Mcguire. overall...yeah--that is a compliment.
