Go into tools and internet options and put it in your blocked websites list.

Well, there are many different parental control programs on the internet available for download. I suggest going to Google and searching for some. Any one that you find will be sufficient and will probably have some type of feature that will block a website from being viewed. Good luck!

If you have a router, you should be able to block it.
OIther wise, if you are using internet explorer go to:
Tools > Internet options > contents > enable
set up a password, then u can request certain sites require a password to be viewed.

Go to TOOL then click on internet option a dialog box will appear click on security tab then click restricted site( if you are using Win me)
