i have a laxmark printer, and i have used it but now when i try it wount do nothing i put new ink in it. its turned on. but it wout work,can some one please help me

ive had a similar problem ....try reistallin g the printer drivers from the disc that came with the printer ...that normally is all thats needed

Hopefully if it's a nice new printer you should have got an A3 sheet with it showing you the steps to take to install it, install the printer cartridges and how to connect it to your computer. I bought a Lexmark from Tesco's about a year ago. It looked new, but was obviously a return when I got it home and opened it, just to find the printer in it and nothing else!

Lexmarks never work properly. They are bottom of the line. Go for an HP. I have owned three Lexmarks, so I speak from experience. I can still hear "Problem communicating with the printer" now.

Look in your control panel under printers and see what you can get from there. Meanwhile, shut off your printer and let it restart on it's own when you try to test it! If that doesn't work, try the new hardware wizard and see if it detects it.

what do you mean it wont work? do you have the printer plugged into the computer? do you have the correct software installed and configured? did you put the new ink in correctly?

try different paper, and push the load button after flushing the queue.

MAKE sure everything is CONNECTED.
Make sure that you have it installed ONTO YOUR COMPUTER!!!
Do you have the CORRECT ink cartridge installed???
