A friend of mine has just turned 18 (last month) and she's fallen for a guy who is 15 (almost 16). The guy too seems really interested, and is actually the one making the moves!
I know that she isn't really into a full on sexual relationship but do you think this is still wrong? What advice should i give her about this?

Wow... didn't realise how quickly people reply!
More details? When i met the guy i thought he was 17/18 seriously, he looks heaps older and we were both shocked at how young he was. He acts really mature, he hung around my mate (18) me (18) and my other mate (19) and got along really well.
The immaturity hasn't shown yet, i know they hav done some sexual stuff but not all the way.
Btw... this is in Australia

i think she can make her own decisions.. i mean she is18 so she should know if a relationship is right or not... cause love is love age is just numbers...but if SHE thinks its right and she is happy nobody else should matter but the two of them... so if she is happy as well as he is then i say GO FOR IT

Well women usually mature faster than boys. A 15 yr old boy has a mind of a 12 year old boy. An 18 year old girl has a mind of a 21 year old so go figure...
I think that if it was the other way around it would be passable. In this case, I think the 15 year old is still immature for an 18 year old.
She should look for an older man or someone her age. What's she doing with "jailbait?"

It can very depending on were you live but this is border line illegal never the less. 16 and 18 depending on the relationship may not be illegal but I think 15 and 18 aways is. You can search for the laws in your area and that is one of the reasons I cannot give my full opinion. Me myself I do not think that there is anything wrong with those ages at all. But then again I am not a judge.

sure there's a difficulty by using fact at sixteen her recommendations isn't even totally stepped forward. There are nevertheless connections to be made subsequently whilst a teenager gets emotional all reasoning capability falls away. it relatively is totally almost as though the recommendations actually loses its cap. At 18 he does not have this problem and could quickly be leaving the h.s. scene. She remains very impressionable on a similar time as he's approximately to embark on his existence in an different section. there will be an outstanding variety of time for relationships. inspire her to concentration on education, putting out with women, and events. She is free of the burden of kinfolk and would take finished benefit.

I don't think it's wrong I was in that situation but different position I was 14 the guy was 18 and I was still a virgin the guy and I had no sexual relationship till I turned 17 he respected me for many years things didn't work out between me and him we ended up breaking up after a few years later but it doesn't mean it will happen to her if I were you I would just let it go the advice you can give her is make sure she's thought about this and if she truly wants this and to wait on the sexual relationship till she's truly ready
BLUEEYEDANGEL- U HAVE NO RIGHT TO SAY RATHER THEY ARE HAVING SEX OR NOT HOW THE HELL WOULD YOU KNOW?? YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE PEOPLE'S LIFE SAYING THEIR DOING THIS AND THAT IT ISN'T YOUR BUSINESS IF THEY ARE OR AREN'T HAVING SEX AND JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR AGES IT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING JUST BECAUSE YOU MAY BE OUT SCREWING AROUND THESE DAYS DOESN'T MEAN OTHERS ARE TOO YOU KNOW SOME PEOPLE HAVE RESPECT FOR THEMSELVES I WAS 14 YEARS OLD AND HAD A 18 YEAROLD BOYFRIEND I HAD RESPECT FOR MYSELF AND HE HAD RESPECT FOR ME NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT SEX AND JUST CAUSE SHE'S WITH HIM DOESN'T MEAN SHE WILL GO TO JAIL EVERYONE KNEW MY BOYFRIEND WAS 18 HE DIDN'T GO TO JAIL ONCE OVER IT HELL I WAS WITH HIM TILL I WAS ABOUT TO TURN 18 HE NEVER DID GO TO JAIL PEOPLE WHO TURN THEM IN HAVE NO LIFE IF THEIR HAPPY SO BE IT AGE IS JUST A NUMBER LOVE IS LOVE WE CAN'T CONTROL WHO WE FALL FOR

Well I knew someone exactly the same situation. I just thought it wasn't cool, but thats a whole different story......anyway. So, i guess its not really wrong.....but should be cautious due to age difference. The person I know, he dumped her because she didn't match personality wise with his.
Best advise if your not comfortable or parents may disagree with either one....then its best to stay as friends and wait a couple of years later.
Good luck!

It IS illegal...and of course the boy would be moving in. He has an 18 year old, a GROWN woman whos interested in him. He's not mature yet, he'll just brag to his friends and shell be hurt. She'd better leave him alone, because that would be stat. rape if they had sex! (im saying this, but im 16 and my bf's 20 so same thing, just vice versa)

Tell her that one benefit may be the fact that she won't have to pay rent for awhile....that is, when his parents call the cops and she goes to jail! By the way, the boy is 15 and she says they are not having sex?? Ya right!! They're going at it like there's no tomorrow!!
