birds "urinate" at the same time the poop, it comes out as the white part in the acctual dropping...

No. All birds urine is contained with their feces...its the white part of the poop.
Liquid is heavier that a semi-solid so they are designed to be able to urinate that way in order to fly.
Birds also have hollow bones.

No...They have only one vent where they defecate and urinate and lay eggs. Ghastly I know. As far as I can tell the elimenations happen at the same time. With the exception of the egg part of the deal.

no, the don't actually urinate. Their urine is mixed with their feces and expelled as one lump, justlike all other birds and lizards.
