baguio-sagada mtn biking challenge?

does anybody here knows any info, date. or i think it stop already..

with the continuous rainfall experienced in Baguio from the middle of May to November, I think that activity has already stopped or done. With this kind of weather, I don't think it is safe to go cycling from Baguio to Sagada via Halsema Road which is the only route.
