Yes, its caused by the nasal mucus running down the back of your throat.

Yes, my son has bad allergies and he usally gets a sore throat.

yea especially first thing in the morning when i wake up...its the worst then

What I usually do to cure it is while I'm brushing my teeth right before i spit in the sink i tilt my head back and gargle the toothpastey stuff and the throat pain goes right away...you should try it, but dont swallow any
