Great question to ask, especially on the anniversary of 9/11 when people are getting all emotional and not thinking. Despite the mostly nice answers you see here, you will find lots of people calling for anyone who doesn't speak English and isn't a Christian, to just leave the country.

People forget that America was built by immigrants. And the native Indians, the real first settlers of the land, had to give up so much.

All right, I agree with your first question, but the others are just out of line. Quit while your ahead, don't push your luck, and don't hoist your own petard! (Thanks, Hamlet!) The American Muslims are not to blame, and I thought how most Americans treated them after 9/11 just because they were Muslim was just wrong. Most Muslims do not think like the psychos of 9/11, okay? I may be a Jew, but that doesn't mean I think all Arabs are evil! Only the ones who are involved in terrorism, anti Israel bombings, etc. That's it.

No!! Muslim Americans should NOT have to apologize for being born muslim. I know a lot of muslims and they are very very nice people.. !!! If anything they deserve some sort of apology, everywhere they go they are judged and looked down upon, for something that was entirely out of their control.. They are made too look like the scum of the earth, They get stopped in airports..
They should NOT have to apologize to us for something they didn't do.. We are not their masters, they are not our dogs.

maximum human beings as an entire hate Muslims for 9/11 Slavery and Maifest destiny have been in the previous. i'm particularly advantageous human beings of all races hate Muslims, no longer purely Whites. EDIT: i for my area do no longer hate them (Hate is one in each and every of those sturdy term, no longer in my vocabulary, I do heavily dislike the extremists who've tainted the face of Muslims. I don't think being muslim has anything to do with it american, malay, Indo I think it's extremists/terrorist who need to be made to answer for what they have done...in London, Bali, Spain and yes NYC too...I know there's no where near as many lives lost in these tradgedies but there were still lives lost.

Very good point. No group of people needs to apologize for the behaviour of few lunatics who associate themselves with it. This world we live in is so ****** up that evil is not constrained to one group anymore. There are good as well as bad people everywhere.
