No. IQ tests are administered by mental health professionals under controlled conditions (such as a limited amount of time given to perform a set of tasks). With some of the tests, how quickly they are completed contributes to the score. There is a lot more to IQ testing than answering questions.

All time-sensitive IQ tests are flawed. The tickle test score me about 20 points higher than I have scored on traditional pen and paper tests, just because I went through the answers quickly.

No, none of them is.

IQ tests have to be calibrated with a test population. This takes years and millions of dollars.

Result: A good test with a reliability >0.95.

Proof: Mensa doesn't accept it. They have stringent criteria.

The only fairly accurate tests on the net are http://www.iqtest.dk/main.swf and http://nicologic.free.fr/ ...the first being more accurate at lower levels, nicologic is good for people that have very high range IQs.
