I think excess of money is a problem and also shortage of money is equally good problem. Therefore i do not consider money as an evil, yes it is true you should have the art of using it.

How in anyway can money be evil. In truth even nuke clear bombs are not evil. Evil is a presence of sense and only people and animals have sense. I understand what you mean though. And my answer is no some people can become rude and stuff like that but not many rich people become evil.

Think about bill gates he is not evil I have seen him do speeches and trust me there is little evil there and he is about as rich as you can get.

Now the rich oil or gun business masters may do illegal things to insure there fame and money worth but its more then money that drives them to this.

For the most part I guess it can go either way but not often does it tip into the evil category in my opinion. Give me $300,000,000 and my evilness will drop not increase.

Inanimate objects are amoral and do not carry the capacity to be evil.
Humanity's response to an object/money is what creates the moral value judgement.
The Bible says the love of money is evil. The obscene interest rates on credit cards is an example of the evil of coveting.

How could it be? It's inanimate. If anything, it's the people who turn evil because of it. It brings out the worst in them. But I'd hate to think what kind of society we'd be living in without the benefit of such a fine gaging method for inter-human performance value - money may not be perfect, but do you have a better idea? I'd love to hear it if you do.

My point here is that money is not evil. Money is a symbol of power and freedom and when harnessed to do good, anything is possible. So don’t go into business with dollar signs in your eyes but instead with passion and honesty in your heart. If you chose passion and honesty, then trust me, the money will flow in. Also, don’t rush into anything, take time and really reflect on what is your passion. When you find it, turn it into a business that will be destined to succeed.

This is probably from a saying, "The love of money is the root of all evil." Money itself is not good or bad. When we put getting money or having possessions over our feelings for others then it that is bad.

Money is not evil. It is the root of all evil. Personally, I think humans have MADE money seem evil. After all, humans are insatiable.

No, of course not. The person or people are the ones that give money a bad name. People use money improperly. You have penny pinches and greedy people and a whole array of people who just don't know what to do with it. Then there's my husband who blows it all on Ebay!!!

The love and obsession of money is the ROOT of evil. You control MONEY and don't let MONEY control you.
