Ana, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

well what you need to do is buy some ovulateing test then if you are ovulating try differnt positions and one of the good ones is the guy is on top and your legs above your head and some people cant have babys because mostly its medical reasons like if you was on birth control that can mess you up or if the guy has ruptured a nut or busted his insides it could be any thing.

All I can say is there is 10 years between my daughter and my son, so we were truly blessed. we are trying again. I will add I have endimetriosis and had surgery NOV 2005 to help try to conceive again. Good luck and lots of {{{{{{{BABY DUST}}}}}}}

well, to conceive you need to make sure you are timing intercourse for the few days before ovulation. Even w/ perfect timing, your chances of getting pregnant are only about 20%. If you have been doing everything right for several months - you are your husband may need to see a doctor. They check to see if you have a problem ovulating, producing good eggs, unfriendly sperm environment, or in the case of your husband - low sperm count. Good luck....

Maybe you arent "trying" on the right days... find out when you ovulate... there are plenty of ovulation calendars online... they have ovulation predictor kits in the store.... How long have you been trying? Have you and your spouse been tested to see if you have fertility problems?
