Why do some women feel it necessary to show off so much of their bodies in what they wear?

Examples of how women show off their bodies in the fashions they wear:
1. Thong bathing suits
2. Thong panties
3. Low cut tops that show off the cleavage of their breasts
4. No brassiere at all
5. No panties whatsoever

They are insecure and have low-self esteem, so they need the approval of others to help themselves feel better. Women who are confident and know who they are don't need to be attention whores.

Somewhere in history (HIPPIES) men decided it's not punishable by death to show skin. Well, this has snowballed into our current state where men don't even notice the nice girl. Instead, the one with the skin gets the attention, gifts, and care from men.

I believe that man will have to control each other and lead women before this changes. Men are the "Demand" behind this activity. If men didn't "Demand" this, then the "Supply" would diminish (simple econ. 101). Plus, men are bigger and stronger than women. It is only right that a big strong man put other big stong men in line for a good society. Historically when "loose" women ran amuck, well, it was a man who pull society together for 'Family Values' ... I would perfer stronger values, but not extreem like the muslim woman. That's a bit too extreem on returning power back to men. (Thanks St. Augustine & St. Constintine ... past men who fought for family values).

Simple that is what is advertised all day and night on TV, radio, billboards, magazines, stores,movies. All the marketing departments care about is $$$ their motto Sex Sells. so society has lambasted women and our poor young girls with what was wrong before the women's movement now I see it slipping back. But yes it is to get ATTENTION and if I or any other man were to look at anyone there goes the words SEXUAL HARASSMENT. This is my perception on it and I hate seeing my nieces subjected to all this garbage. I wish this was not going on right now.

I try to be modest in how I dress, but they just want lots of attention. What they don't realize is that the attention they get is negative attention and/or attention from the type of men that smart women don't want attention from.

Are you serious??? Women love to dress like sluts.. then they ***** because we treat them that way. Imagine that!!! Some whore can walk up to me in the office half naked, and if she catches me looking I'm fired for sexual harassment. Got to love it!!!
