I mean come on, I can understand hating the heat and humidity. However, what is there to hate about TEXAS? So what if many of the people are braggadocious about their state; they make up for it in their hospitality.

I don't hate Texas, I lived in Nacagdoches from Aug 01 until Apr 03 and think that in the time frame while I 'tried' to live there a lot of history happened.
In my house for 2 weeks nothing hooked up (TV, Phone) 911 happened!
Feb '03 the shuttle blew up, 7 people died and dropped many, many pieces of the shuttle on Nacagdoches...
I was very shocked at how the African Americans and the white people were still fighting each other--no not shocked very saddened...don't we all bleed the same color?
I tried very hard to live there and failed....I had to move back in to the 21st century.

I think of Bush when I think of Texas. That gives Texas a bad name. I was born in Texas, too.

I think Bush's being from Texas persuaded people to feel that way. I may disagree with what Bush says, but I would never hate where he's from just 'cause he's from there.

I will give you two reasons why I don't like Texas. Bush and my ex husband. I don't like either of them and that is where they are. Ok so Bush is in the White House now but soon he will be back in Texas again.

I just got back from Texas on the 3rd. I friggin loved it!! I wanna move there. People in Texas are just so friendly.

i like texas, i have some really cool friends that live in hurst.
but i'm always tryin 2 prove that my state is better than his, and he tries 2 prove that his state is better than mine. it's fun.
but tell me, isn't nm better than texas?

first they've probably never been here
secondly if they have been here they probably only saw dfw or houston
they missed everything beautiful about our state and to top it off, gw aint from here, he's a yankee from Connecticut
