I have a little stud on the left side of my nostril. I like it and all my friends like it but some of the people in my family thinks it's horrible. I think it's pretty. It looks like a diamond. It's sparkly!! lol Just curious to get some opinions on who likes them and who doesn't.

I love my nose ring, it is so small it looks like a piece of glitter.
Even my conservative boss likes it. I will never get rid of it!

I think any kind of nose piercings are gross on anyone. Not so much how they look, but because I know what all can come out of a nose. The thought of all that sharing the same space is gross.
Yuck.
I like most other piercings.

Well, its right there. Older people in particular cant relate to it because its not something theyre used to seeing. Its as love it or hate it as people will allow. I suppose to me its how it looks on the person. You didnt say your age but if youre over 30 trying it for the first time i totally get the problem and you may not want to even try and overcome it. Otherwise forget about it if your work doesnt mind and theyll come around. Best of luck...it can be kinda sexy on the right gal :))

I had one like that too, with a little pink stud. All my family and even my boyfriend didn't like it, I never understood why. But once I ripped it out by mistake (ouch!) and everyone became happy. :)
I don't know what was wrong with them. Likes and dislikes.
They like my belly button ring though, probably because that's something I can hide, while they could always see my nose (!?). Just guessing.

I don't mind a little bead on one side of the nose but I find those big rings disgusting!.......They seem to go hand in hand with big, ugly tattoos. It seems like most of the girls who wear them have issues and are desperately seeking attention.

I think the small studs (shiny drops) are really cute! The thicker ones that are just a little ball are not very pretty. But it sounds like the one you have is one of the cute ones.

I agree that subtle small studs are nice but things like sleepers and rings large balls arent nice for girls. My mum has a small stud and i think it suits her. You have to be able to pull it off and have one because you want one not because everyone else has them.

Honestly, I think they look bad on girls and boys. Why on earth put a hole in your nose? Natural beauty is the best. No need for all the coverup. To me, everyone is beatiful in their own way.

I think any ring or stud should be reserved for the ears male or female. BUT-- that's just me.

depends on how big this nose ring is...the small delicate ones can be VERY fashionable, its just the big chunky ones that make u look like uve been disqualified from rockstars supernova...
