God didn't make a mistake. It is just one of the tests that we have to try to overcome.

God is perfect SO what ever he makes is a miracle!

Allahu Akbar!

Have a good day!
Cheers!

God can make a mistake as can anything with a free will. Infact there is an instance in the bible where God says he made a mistake in allowing humanity to become as evil as it was during the time of Noah. As for making a man a woman inside, that's not really the nature of how God works. The bible says God created all things full and complete. Which I take as all things being able to function on their own. I believe homosexuality and gender disforia are matters of genetics and circumstance. I don't believe that God hand picked every gene combination every human would have because that wouldn't be fair. There are genetic predispossions for violence as well as guilt. It wouldn't be fair to create people and punish or reward them for things that they had nothing to do with and no control over.

God makes no mistakes. It is man that makes the errors! I don't believe that being gay is genetic, I believe it is a choice. That's like asking if liking a certain food is genetic. No, of course not!! I believe it has to do with a lot of different issues and is different for every person. May be a bad past experience or a persons upbringing. There are too many things that can contribute to a persons CHOICE to be gay.

I don't know, I know I wouldn't choose to be ridiculed by ignorant people because I make a "choice" to be gay. I'm not sure if it's genetic, but God made them that way.

And who's to say that being gay is a "mistake"?

i believe it depends on each individual situation but in general, I think genetics plays a significant role. for instance, i have two step-daughters with two different biological mothers and the same biological father, they are both gay. One, I saw coming from childhood specifically in her mannerisms, interests, clothing preferences, and choices. the other, was a tomboy so to speak as well, but suffered sexual abuse by a man at a young age. that experience taught her somewhat to stay away from men sexually. this may shed some light on how one was affected by genetics and the other by a situation that led to a choice.

This is a good question. The answer is, God doesn't make mistakes. If God makes someone attracted to someone that society deems inappropriate, God did it for a reason. As far as choice, there is a degree of choice involved in sexuality, such as choosing who you have sex with, but as far as choosing weather to be gay or straight, I know I had no choice in that matter. If it were up to me, I would have chosen to be straight. It would have made my life much easier. I'm attracted to guys. I can't change that, nor do I want to. I know that allot of people do want to, but I can't speak for them. I only know that most people that try to change, aren't very successful.

Lesbians love being women, and love other women. We don't want to be men, or to sexually/romanitically be with men - that type of attraction just isn't there. It's the same way gay men. Transgender people are born feeling that their bodies are not the right gender. There is a big difference. Sexual orientation and gender dismorphia are not a choices any more than it is for straight people to be straight. Is that really so hard to understand?

Genetic.

A quote from a post-op buddy of mine:

"If god never makes mistakes, then He/She must be a real biatch!"

Explanation: Who would want to torture people by switching the genders on them?

And for that reason all people who say god doesn't make mistakes gets a thums down (everyone else gets a thumbs up!) ---lol half the people are thumbs down atleast.

I don't think God has anything to do with it. I think we all come here - to this time and place - to learn a valuable lesson that can only be learned here. I think we choose everything about ourselves and make plans with friends (soul mates) about what we are going to do and then we do it.

I think some of us choose the Advanced Course - a particularly hard road to travel - for a very important reason. Someone who comes here and changes their gender - what a collassal lesson. To be both male and female in one lifetime - one can only imagine the road someone like that would travel (but some of us come and live it, to see exactly what it does entails). You know what I mean?

I think our higher self (our spirit self or soul) chooses these details before we even agree to come back to earth (for I think we do it again and again).

Peace!

I believe it is Genetic but I do not seek to place any form of "blame" on anyone else. Things are the way they are. You cannot change them by placing blame. Move on with what you have in the best way that you know how.

I think that gay is 100% inborn. However, I do think that there are many people who experiment out of curiousity who are not predisposed to be gay. I also don't think that gay people will go to hell. I know religious people think so. I think that God knows that this is in a person when they are born, and will not judge them for it.
