I think that it if you don't preheat the oven, that you are actually cutting down the amount of time that your oven is on! I mean...doesn't the food start to cook "WHILE" the oven is heating up, so you are actually saving electricity if you don't pre-heat! It's the right thing to do, or not do, depending on how you look at it!

Wat but that would mean every solder would be unemployed and when they will not find jobs they will take to robbery and then jut haul away all the oven pre heaters OH i get your point
