I've been searching for this book for so long, I think it may be out of print. It's one of those teen horror books from the '80s where the cover has cut-outs with pictures of the characters in them. I don't remember much about the book except that it was about this clique of rich girls that end up staging the suicide of one of its members. Her name was Lynn, and I think the main character's boyfriend's name was Adam. Sorry if I'm being vague.

I think Agatha Christie wrote the book And Then There Were None..i don't know if you got the names mixed up, or if there really is a book called Then There Were Two...check your bookstore and ask them about it....if there isn't a book like that, then try And Then There Were None...it might be the one you're looking for....
