Thats 864 sq.ft..If you do it yourself it should run you $25 sq.ft.($21600) for materials.But it really depends on what you build it out of ( slab,pier&beam,brick,straw,tin,mud,wattel) and how you are going to handel your plumbing,and what kind of fireplace. So you could go as high as $86400($100 per sq ft. House plans are everywhere(library,browse HD or Lowes)

I suggest you get professional help, like engage an Architect
because you're talking about a big and complete clubhouse
which you don't find it in Yahoo Answers.
