You don't! If your so young your seeking parents approval what in the world are you thinking about getting married for? Free Sex!
Wrong reason to get married....Get an education...read Joshuah Harris Books ...one particular my husband and son are reading right now...Sex is not the problem - Lust Is! Your infatuation with your boyfriend is getting in the way of your better judgment...and this is normal for a girl your age! Courtship is what is needed now...let this courtship go on through some time...this will allow you to focus on your studies and be comfortable with your relationship and quit stressing out the whole marriage idea girl! You have plenty of time for that later! Just enjoy his company...don't let things get too steamy...and pray to God to help you control yourself and that God will help your boyfriend as well and pray for your parents, not that they
support your ideas but rather ask God to Guide them in guiding you! how do you get e-married? come on girl...this is silly!

First Question is how old are you?
If your underage than you can not get legally married.
If your above age and need parents approval because of religion than it's easier to just show them you mean business in getting married.

I think you're too young to be thinking of more adult actions,,get a e-mail and get e computer, camera, and cyborg space, or go to JAMAICA, DRINK JAMAICAN RUM, A BOX OF CUBAN CIGARS, SO you can send FIDEL CASTRO, smoke signals, and tell him that you want an E- MARRIED, maybe he would be the e-master of ceremonies..

If your parents don't approve, there must be a good reason for it. So listen to your parents and don't do it.

Uh, I don't know if I should be helping with this, but...
You could try e-mailing the person in your county authorized to signify marriage contracts. You'd still have to sign them in person with a witness or two though.
