The BBC version is a far superior product to the piece of $hit that is the American version. Steve Carrel's character cannot even compare to Ricky Gervais as David Brent. The same can also be said for Dwight, who's got nothing on Gareth in the BBC original.

I love the Office on NBC. It is hilarious. It is very similar to the British version, except the secretary and sales guy don't get together in the BBC series. Both bosses and jerky side kicks are hysterical. I think I'm a little partial to the American version, because I can understand it and I love Steve Carel and the guy who plays Dwight.

Haven't seen the BBC version. LOVE the one on NBC. I think it is one of the smartest and funniest shows on TV. All they have to do is look at the camera (at you) after the boss does something stupid and you laugh your butt off. Like they are saying "can you believe this guy?". Anyhow, great show!

They are both very funny. I've only seen a few episodes of each liked them a lot. I like the ABC version better, but only because I'm American.
