How much would this cost me?

I want to frame a poster 24x30. Cheepest thing out there. Metal border, plastic covering. Any body know where to get it (Aaron Brothers?) and how much it is going to cost.

Aaron Brothers ....good ones around $32.00. cheapest I saw was $22.00

Poster frames are not that expensive; especially considering the size. You can get them at WalMart or other retail stores for around $20.00.
