You can search for the site's name on google. (Don't use the .com or .net or whatever, because then I think it'll try taking you to the site.) If it was in google, then you can hit the "cached" link to see what it looked like at one point. This can at least help you see what WAS there.
You can also use alexa.com to pull up old versions of sites, long after those versions are gone. However, it doesn't have EVERY site, nor will it necessarily have the latest version from before the site's demise.

Yes you can. Your records or probably at Page Street in St Louis. Call Your Reserve unit, they can get the number quicker and may have a copy still on file.

The only places I know of that can pull them up are the cache pages of search engines like Yahoo!, or Google.

Use this website: http://www.archive.org/index.php to find all your old websites that you used to visit. It's great for finding old layouts, old content, and other stuff too. Hope that helps!
