You know this completely depends on the guy, right?
Nice body and nice face is usually important, but "nice" is defined differently by different guys. And then, if the guy has any sort of brain and respect for the woman, then it matters if she's smart, funny, etc., and what she's interested in.
So really, it's not possible to answer this question without answering individually for every guy on the planet.
