Hot water in the wash and highest temp in the dryer. After that, you're stuck with whatever size it shrunk down to.

Next stop.....the tailers for alterations.

Even all cotton only shrinks about 2%. Another try with hot water and the hot dryer may get you a little more, but not much.

I doubt you can shrink it anymore... Cotton only has so much shrink to it if not infused with spandex or some other man made material. If you cant find anyone who has a solution in this section of yahoo answers, I would ask again in the home and garden section... those women would be able to help for sure..

Wash it in hot water and then dry it in a hot dryer. It should shrink again with the hot water.

You can't. Many cotton items are now pre-shrunk, which means you'll get only about 2% more shrinkage out of it.
