I feel like I'm the minority here, but I have to be honest. I think 50 Cent wins in my book. P.Diddy could only get attention anymore but changing his name. He screwed up a little, that got him attention. He dated JLo. That got him attention. Once people stopped caring he had to pull the name change, start doing really LAME things to get attention. He was never really as talented after the name change either. I haven't payed attention to any of his projects since. 50 Cent however, can remain popular by being as talented as Diddy once was.
