Just changed the cv axel and lost a little fluid. Do I need to add more or is this excess? If I need to add some, how much and where do I find the fill spot?

you need to add more.if its a manual trans the fill/check plug is on the passenger side above the axle.i believe its a 14mm head.you need a long funnel with a piece of hose that will fit in the hole and remember to use 10w/40 motor oil as per Hondas requirements.if its an auto the dipstick is on passenger side towards the radiator.use Dexron II.

Is it a maual or automatic if it is a manual the it is kinda hard to fill since there really isnt a fill spot buton most standards if u follow where the speedometer goes in u can unscrew itandfill in there and if it is an auto. then usually on 4cyl the fill spot is the dip stick which usually ison front driver side of the motor andwill be red hope that helps

How much is a little its hard to say if you don't know how much is in it to begin with. At the bass of your gear box is the drain plug on the side of the gear box is full level plug. Get a good tool and take out the level plug if you can see oil coming out then its full. Don't forget to put back the plug.
