I know this... LOL Have you ever put on mascara and had to sneeze? Then the mascara gets all over you face?!? Take a bit of eye makeup remover on a q-tip and dab under eyes.

If you are trying to get it out of cloth, makeup remover still works well.. You just have to trow it in the wash as soon as you apply the remover because the remover often is oily.

Doesnt really matter what brand. I have never purchased a remover that didnt work

Clinique's Take Off the Day works great for mascara, lipstick, etc.

I've also tried Mary Kay's eye make up remover products. Any brand of eye makeup remover would be a good bet.

When I wear it, I prefer to use mascara that's not waterproof--it comes off with soap & water, when you wash your face.

Uhm...I don't know, that's tough. Using makeup-remover is the best. I heard beer works, but it doesn't smell too good. There are also wet tissues especially for makeup-removal (not for sensitive eyes).
Some lashes may fall off. Mascara makes them thin out and fall easier. I have long lashes, so I just stoped wearing mascara for good. I stick with pencil to outline the eye and some eyeshadow applied right for a sexier look. It's easier to get off.

I use Neutrogena's Oil-free Eye Make Up Remover. I dab a little on a cotton ball and wipe it over my eyes. It has always taken mascara and eyeliner off. You can find it in any drug store, Walmart, Kmart, Target, or Meijer's.

if you don't have eye make-up remover, rub a little amount of baby shampoo (tear fee) on ur eyes, rinse with water. this works also with waterproof mascara. if you're not allergic with petroleum jelly, it can remove mascara too.

Since I wear contact lenses, I'm very picky about what I use on and around my eyes. I find that neutrogena eye make up remover works very well and I don't have to worry about irritation to my eyes. Check it out here:

Any type of cleanser that says on the back of the label that it removes make-up... or you can just invest in an eye make-up remover.
