it was either a mid to late 70's or maybe 80's Australian horror movie that involved a ouija board. the main character was a female who it turned out that the people who raised her had actually kidnapped her or something like that when she was a newborn because she had a specific birthdate... i think it ended up with her being caught in this dying old womans body. I think at the start a bookshelf fell on one of the girls playing with the board.

not sure about that one but the one i was thinking of was called witchboard with tawny kitean and stephen nicols (patch on days of our lives)
