it's 6.5 inches tall! maybe cost 20 cents to make. The age maybe gives it a dollar so its worth MAX 2.50

id pay no more than 10-20 dollars for that at a flea market/thrift store/salvation army/antiques store/ or where ever.

It doesn't look handpainted, no matter what they say. I think I could buy that at a flea market for 2$.

maybe you should try to find some other item by this artis..in that time frame...check it out....be sure to take note how pieces were isgned then, and if there are any sets...or anything that looks like that
