Mode how do I change it? My boss called and asked me how to fix it and I'm sure I can figure it out when I get there tomorrow but it may take me awhile cuz I don't know alot about these things. I have to go to the printer settings right???? Help me out please and thank you

click start + printer & faxes + right click the name of your printer e.g. HP+ then click Printing Preferences then look for the options
If not check your printer peripheral settings there is an option above then read carefully the functions of your printer...

Could it be as simple as pressing the "copy" button? Some fax-copy-scanners default to "copy" mode; others to "fax" or "scan" mode. In ones I've used, all you need to do is press button for the feature you want.

click start
click printers and faxes
right click the real printer and set it as default

click file then print then select the printer you want to print to and then print
