What we are concerned about is how it feels after the procedure. Is sex the same for the both of us? And most importantly when he ejaculates will *** still come out? I know it won't be sperm but will something come out of his penis?

My brother had one. He was quite slow to sit down for a couple of days but aside from that all systems go from his reports.

There is no difference in sex and yes there is still stuff that comes out. The most important thing to remember is take it easy for about a week. Give 3 good days of laying around and everyting should be fine. It is a very minor procedure. Also shave good before you go because if you dont they will use a single bladed disposable razor that looked like it was leftover from the 80's

My husband had one about 9 years ago, I also know of other men who have had it. Everything is the same except for the sperm being mixed with the actually ejaculation. Something will still come out, it will still be white, it will still fill good to him, it will still get hard, the sex will still be the same. You nor him will know he had the procedure done.
The recovery time is a couple days, he was in no pain. Much better on them, then it is on us. Pain and recovery....

Yes, the fluid that pushes the sperm out will still come out.
Make sure he follows up though, that is the number one failure cause... if the male decides to not follow up when he is supposed to after the procedure to check sperm count.
Countless pregnancies happen due to failure of follow up.
My patients have said everything is pretty much the same, same feeling, same sex life, sometimes even better when they find out that there isn't a chance for pregnancy.
GOOD LUCK.

Tell hubby to go right ahead and get the vasectomy. yes, there will be pain and bruising, but it is worth it, so you can throw away your condoms! The pain only lasts for a few days, then he can go back to work. As for sex, yes sex will be the same, it will still feel Grreat! Yes, he will still ejaculate, and yes he will still have semen and ejaculation will be just as wonderful as before!!! Good luck with this form of birth control. I highly recomend it! :-)

my husband has had one and he said he would rather have a vasectomy than have a tooth pulled. There is bruising in the area afterwards and the sex life is still the same and yes there is semen

You are cutting off the vas deferens and little will come out, perhaps a bit of prostatic fluid and some seminal fluid. Sex is the same.

no man would ever have a vasectomy if it caused his drive to change. Think about it-it is a very common procedure.

No, but I wish I had had one many years ago. Considering the unplanned pregnancy sex even if not as good would at least
seem to be better.
