First of all .. You r not focussed.. Off coure the remuneration after B.tech will be lesser than what u get after Getting PG from Abroad. Main factors to be considered here is your financial position and whether the timeline permits you for the same. I suggest you talk to a councellar..

Dear Swetha,
Don't be in confusion you have a good future,
But be brave to face the realities of life.
to suggest you something you need to provide more details like
which stream you completed B.Tech and the scores.
But everything depends upon what you wish to be.
Okay now listen
If you are a IT, ET and something like this means just apply for the MBA or PG in management of the relevant option, this is time to apply for IIM and many other institutions Common Admission Test(CAT). If you are financially not stable try for a job study MBA part time through ICFA/IGNOU or any open university. or you may go for M.tech. any one of the IITs in India.
Going abroad is good only for the Doctoral and post doctoral studies. This also depends upon which stream you completed the B.Tech.
