I would like to be able to find all the necessary information on possible felony and/or misdemeanor arrest warrants that may be outstanding on an 'individual'. I would also like to find out if two people were, at the same time, charged with the same criminal offense; Then those charges were dropped against one individual (lack of evidence), does that mean the same charges have to be dropped against individual #2? With no funds for a private atty., how can legal aid assist across multiple state lines? Thank you.

I know you can look up criminal records in Minnesota by going to www.mncriminals.com
It also offers free background checks if you know the individual's name and birthday.
Have you tried googling your state name for free criminal records?

You can't get that info for free, but for a price you can get almost anything on anyone.
