you need to open an account with a bank. in dr cards money is directly taken from ur account so that u shud have money in ur acc to use the card. there are banks that give debit cards to minors' acconts. most of the time ur atm card is the debit card. if ur atm card has cirrus / master / visa logos on it its a dr card.
