just put them on and practice....now if you are trying to catwalk like models on the runway then yes there is a way to walk in them.
hold your head up and shoulders back and try putting a book on your head with the heels on.

Before wearing them out, you want to practice in front of a mirror. When you walk in heels you want to look like you are wearing any other shoe, natural and smooth. If you are wobbling in them or if they are uncomfortable I would suggest wearing a smaller heel and building up to a higher heel.

Start with lower chunky heels to get used to the new angle of your foot. Get the heel-toe action down. Then work up to higher then narrower heels.
...and hours and hours of practice.

For normal use then I don't think so... But when I did runway we had different techniques depending on what the designer wanted. For example there's what I call a slanky walk which is like moving your hips etc, then there's a stiffer poised walk which would be like if you were carrying a book on your head.

Walk the way you usually do, there is nothing special about walking in heels.

naw.. its just practice like everything else and I know you have heard it a million times.. also, some people just arent meant for heels so flats could suit you/ whomever youare referring to better Im a person who isnt the greates in heels but as long as i take it relatively slow and there are handrails around i do just fine.

Heel to toe, and kinda swing your hips. Best way to learn, is to vaccum in them. I swear it works. Start with 3 inches then you can move up to 4,5,or 6 inches. It will all feel the same.

I THINK HEELS ARE DESIGN FOR SMALL WOMAN , IF U ARE UNDER 130 THEN U SHOULD BE ABLE TO ADJUST WITH OUT LEANING . THAT MAKES YOUR WALK LOOK RAGGEDY.
