It's OK with me. Let everyone just be themselves. If we try to follow the perceptions of what other people think a man or a woman should be, I have to ask, 'What other people? ALL other people??? Do I have enough time for that???'
Aside from the impossibility of trying to please everybody, being a bit effeminate doesn't make a man gay. Being attracted to other men is what being gay means. A man can have a little bit of a girly side and be attracted to women. Why is that so hard to deal with?
Last thing I want is for anyone, on their dying bed, to say "My only regret, is that I didn't live my life more the way other people wanted me to..."

All people have a male side and a female side to them. If people would just stop and think about it. A man acting effeminate, does not necessarily mean that they are homosexual, it just means that they are finding their female side (gentler, kinder). Women do the same thing, they actually become in tune to their male side.

Why not? I'm a straight female but my friends tell me that I act masculine at times. I think it's ok if a straight male would act effeminate.

I love effeminate men...especially if they like women. Keep up the good work. And while you're at it, try and teach those macho jackasses a thing or two.

NO its not okay but unfortunately, society has made us that way, especially in the developed countries like the USA. In the olden days, You pretty much had to be tough in order to survive. Nowaday, you see some men that dress better than women! Society has gotten soft, that is the ultimate consequence

i prefer 100% MASCULINE men !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and i dont think its ok for a man to choose to act feminine. but what about males who have had masculine role models and have only been raised around moms, grandmas and sisters?
they cant help the way that they act but they can help their sexual orientations. I guess it just depends on the circumstances............now if they are choosing to take on female mannerisms then I dont agree with it.
