They are cute but make lousy pets. My dad bought one when I was about 8. Back then there were no restrictions. It was a spider monkey. He had been out all weekend on one of his pool hustling rounds and passed the pet store, saw the monkey, had to have it. He brought it in the house and mom locked herself in the bathroom until he returned it to the pet store.

I love to watch monkeys in a tree or on TV. I hate them when they jump on me! In China there are guys with monkeys that want money to let you hold their monkey, but sometimes they will put the monkey on you as you walk by. I really hate that.

Yeah! I am with you, monkeys are just plain ewwww I dont know how some people can keep them as pets.

i love monkey's and all of God creations except the pig, animals are just facinating, i love the gorilla's especially the baby ones
