Animals often watch moving things. A rabbit could easily watch TV.

rabbit love T.V they are fasinated by the movement
My rabbit a mini rex 9 months old does that everyday with me he would cuddle with me on the couch and lye there and just stare at the T.V
Rabbits do that because of movement

rabbits r great at watching tv. and plus, when ur cable goes out, or u hve bad reception , they already have a pair of built in 'rabbit ears'

He maybe watching the light flickering on the screen more than actually watching TV.

He might be staring at the tv but not really watching it, animals cant see in two dimentions and TV is two dimention
