which colleges are better and do they accept 15 year of education and and if they require work exp how much is required ?

If you have a BBA the number of years of education overall is usually irrelevant, and you are qualified to pursue an MBA as far as your education is concerned. I don't know where (which country) you are looking at doing your MBA, which obviously affects which colleges are better, but as far as work experience, certain schools require prior work experience (generally the better, competitive ones do, with some exceptions), while others would prefer that you have it, but don't require it. For those who do, 3 years seems to be the minimum in most cases.
